Chia seeds

Chia seeds are a super food in which all types of nutrients are found. It supports thyroid function. The Omega 3 fatty acids present in it maintain hormonal balance. These can also help reduce swelling. If you are a thyroid patient then definitely include chia seeds in your diet.

Brazil nuts

Experts advise thyroid patients to consume Brazil nuts. Brazil nuts are a good source of selenium and selenium can help improve thyroid hormone levels.
