Red chili 3 dry
Mashed boiled potatoes 2 cups
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp


Raw peanuts 1/4
Fruit salt/Eno 1 tsp
Finely chopped onion 1/4 cup
Curry leaves 5-6
Ginger 1 tbsp
Salt to taste

How to make Bread Dosa? (How To Make Bread Dosa)
To make bread dosa, first of all, put bread in a bowl.
After this, you add rava, curd, rice flour, salt, and water,
Then put all these things in a blender and grind them smoothly.
After this, put oil in a pan and heat it.
Then add mustard, dry red chilies, and peanuts to it and sauté for a while.
After this, add onion, ginger curry leaves, turmeric, and red chili powder to it.
Then add mashed potatoes to it and mix well.
After this, after adding salt and water to it, cook it well and turn off the gas.
Then add the fruit salt and some water to the dosa batter and dilute it.
After this, take a nonstick pan and heat it.
Then put the prepared batter over it and spread it in a circular shape to make a dosa.
