Ingredients required to make Amla Chutney-
8-10 Amla
1/2 inch piece of ginger
4 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
4-5 cloves garlic
2-3 green chilies
1 tsp mustard oil
Salt to taste

How to make Amla Chutney? (How To Make Amla Chutney)
To make Amla Chutney, first of all, wash the Amla thoroughly.
Then cut the amla into fine and thin pieces.
After this, wash the coriander leaves thoroughly and chop them finely.
Then wash the green chilies as well and cut them into fine pieces.
After this, put all three chopped things in the mixie and grind them for 1 minute.
Then put ginger pieces, garlic pieces, oil, and salt as per taste in the mixer.


After this, add some water to it and blend it for about 1 to 2 minutes.
Now your healthy and tasty amla chutney is ready.
