But do you know that with the help of curd, you can easily extract butter and ghee at home? Yes, if you do not want to store cream, then you can extract tasty and healthy pure desi ghee from it by freezing thick curd. So let's know how you can make it at home.
Make pure ghee from the curd in this way
1. First of all boil the milk and make it thick. When this milk starts to thicken, take it off the gas and let it cool down to room temperature.
2. When it cools down, take some joran or curd and mix it well in milk. Now cover it and keep it in such a place where it does not move for 8 to 10 hours. By doing this the thick curd will get frozen.
3. Now you will extract butter before curd. For this, take a big mixie blender and put 6 to 5 pieces of ice in its jar. Now put a bowl of curd in it and run the mixer for 10-10 seconds and turn it off. Now you will see that there is water at the bottom of the mixer and butter is floating on top of it.
4. Now with the help of hand keep this butter in a separate utensil with ice. In this way, you take out all the butter. Now turn on the gas and put a pan on it. Put all the butter in it and keep stirring on a low flame. In some time, ghee will start separating from butter.
5. When all the ghee is released, turn off the gas and put the ghee in a bowl. In this way, you can extract ghee from curd.
