- Rice flour - 2 spoons
- Raw milk - 1/3 cup
Method to prepare
- For this, first, take a bowl.
- Mix rice flour and milk in it.
- Now mix this mixture well.
- Apply this paste on the feet with the help of your hands.
- After this massage it for 10-15 minutes.
- Then clean your feet with cold water.
Tips: You can use it once or twice a week.
Use baking powder and lemon
Lemon is good for removing tanning. So you can use it anytime.
Ingredients required
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Lemon - 2 teaspoons
Method to prepare
- To prepare it, first, take a bowl.
- Now put the baking powder and lemon in the bowl
- Then apply this paste on your tanned feet.
- Now leave it on the feet for 5-10 minutes.
- When it dries, clean it with water.
- Then massage it with coconut oil.
Tips: If you have more tanning in your feet then you can also use potato with lemon.
