But, you do not always need to go to the gym to reduce belly fat and get in perfect shape. You can get rid of the problem by doing some exercises at home. Today we are telling you about some such exercises, which you can do with the help of pillows while lying on the bed. Fitness expert Priyanka has shared information about these exercises.

The expert says, "Just thinking about the pillow makes you feel like sleeping." But, it is such a powerful tool that you can take care of your fitness. To keep your body fit, you don't need to sweat by going to the gym. For this, things present in the house can be used.

Windshield wiper

By doing this exercise, along with the stomach, the fat of the thighs and legs also reduces. While doing this exercise, the legs have to move like a wiper of a car, hence it is called a windshield wiper.

  • Lie straight on your back.
  • Spread the hands on the sides of the body.
  • Keep the pillow in the seed of the feet and mix it.
  • Then lift the legs and keep them straight making an angle of 90 degrees from the waist.
  • Now moving the feet in all four directions, first take them to the right and then to the left.
  • Do this exercise for some time.

Pillow Crunches

Crunches are a bodyweight exercise, which helps reduce belly fat. Also, it can strengthen the back. Anyone can do this exercise. If it is done properly then it gives very good results.

  • Lie down on your back.
  • Straighten the legs in front.
  • Hold the pillow in your hands.
  • While exhaling, keep the neck straight.
  • Then raise the upper part of the body while crunching.
  • Try touching the feet with the pillow.
  • While doing a crunch, the shoulder should come slightly above the ground.
  • Similarly do 3-4 sets of 15-20 reps.

Alternate Leg Raises with Crunch

This exercise strengthens the abdominal muscles and helps in reducing the fat around the abdomen and waist. With this, the posture of the body can be corrected. Apart from this, doing this exercise daily strengthens the muscles of the hips and legs.

  • Lie on your back on the bed.
  • Hold the pillow in both hands.
  • Then stretch the hands backwards.
  • Now lift the upper part of the body and the right leg upwards.
  • Then try to touch the feet with the pillow.
  • Now come back to the old position.
  • Then repeat the exercise from the left.

Russian twist

This exercise works on the muscles around the abdomen and reduces waist fat. Plus, this exercise is an easy and effective way to tone your shoulders and hips.

  • Sit down on the ground.
  • Come into the sit-up position by opening the legs in front.
  • Make the balance of the body on the ground with the help of the hips.
  • While doing this, the back should be inclined at 45 degrees.
  • Bend the knees and lift the feet about 6 inches off the ground.
  • Now hold the pillow in your hands.
  • Keep the core tight and the back straight.
  • Then hold the pillow and twist it first to the left and then to the right.
  • Do this exercise in 3 sets of 15 to 20 reps.

You can also reduce belly fat by doing these exercises with the help of pillows on the bed.
