Ingredients
To make dough
Fine flour
a ghee
Water
for filling
2/3 cup khoya
3 tbsp ghee
oil for deep frying
½ cup dried figs
½ cup chopped dates
10 chopped cashews
10 chopped almonds
10 chopped walnuts

Method :
First of all, knead a little hard dough by adding ghee and water to the flour.

Now cover it with a cotton wet cloth for 15 minutes.

To make the filling, roast the khoya for 3 minutes and then let it cool.

After this add figs, cashews, walnuts, and almonds and mix them well.

Now make small balls of flour and roll them in the shape of puris.

Now fill the prepared filling in the poori, apply water on the edges and seal it well and give it a gujiya shape.

After this, heat oil in a pan and deep fry the gujiyas till they turn golden brown.

Now fry the Gujiya well and let it cool down and store it in an airtight container.
