Method
Making fenugreek mathri is quite easy. To make this, first of all, take a plate and sift flour and semolina thoroughly in it. After this add asafoetida, black pepper powder, celery, red chilli powder, kasoori fenugreek, and salt.
Mix all these things properly in semolina and flour. When it is mixed properly, add melted ghee to it and start kneading the dough. Now add water slowly to knead it properly.
When it is kneaded properly, start making small balls of it. After making the dough, press it with your hands and spread it a little. Now after this, fry it well in oil.
When it becomes golden brown, take it out and cool it and then you can store it. You can serve it to your guests on Holi.
