Cashews 2 cups roasted
sugar 1 1/4 cup
saffron few threads
Cardamom 1 tsp crushed
hot water 1/2 cup
coconut powder
Ghee 8 tbsp

How to make Kaju Halwa?
To make cashew pudding, first of all, melt ghee in a pan.
Then add cashew powder and coconut powder to it.
After this, fry them well till they turn light brown.
Then add hot water to it and keep stirring the mixture well.
After this, add sugar as per taste and cook while stirring it slowly.
Meanwhile, make a batter by adding a little milk and some saffron threads in a small bowl.
