It is also beneficial in reducing pain during periods, increasing energy in the body and providing relief from constipation. Soak 4-5 black raisins in 1 glass of water overnight. Next morning grind it and drink this drink. You can drink it first thing in the morning or 1 hour before or after meals.

Fennel water will reduce body heat

Fennel water also reduces body heat and provides relief in period flow. These are useful in removing the defects related to bile and improving digestion. Apart from this if your immunity is weak, then you must take these. If there is increased bile in your body, you feel more heat in the stomach, and you sweat more, then this drink is beneficial for you. Take 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds in 1 glass of water. Period related problems

If your pitta is increased, there is more pain during periods or periods that are heavy, you feel warmth in the palms and soles, there is a burning sensation in urine, or there is the problem of weakness and headache, then to reduce pitta.
