Take a shower
In summer, the problem of sweating often persists due to sunlight. In such a situation, the risk of germs, etc. also remains due to sweating. In such a situation, it would be better to take a shower to get relief from the heat and sweat. With its help, you will not only be able to keep yourself cool, but you will also get rid of germs. But keep in mind that you should not bathe immediately after coming from the sun.

Use a fan or air conditioner
