Difficulty in breathing

This is also seen as a sign of a heart attack.

Feeling extremely tired
You may feel tired due to overwork or lack of sleep. It is considered a major sign of heart attack in women. According to the American Heart Association, if you are experiencing chest pain, jaw or left arm pain along with fatigue, then you need to pay serious attention to such signs. Tiredness is felt due to the extra effort required to pump the heart.

Excessive sweating
Sweating more than usual, especially if you're not exercising or being physically active, can be an early warning sign of heart problems. Your heart has to work harder to pump blood through clogged arteries, so your body sweats more to keep your body temperature down. If you are experiencing cold sweat or clammy skin along with other symptoms, take it seriously and consult a doctor immediately.
