In summer, betel leaf is a very old recipe for cooling not only the throat but also the whole body. Betel leaf is widely consumed by us in India. Consumption of betel leaves helps to cool the body and at the same time strengthens the digestive system. It is also helpful in freshness and energy in the body.

Here we will use betel leaves to make 'Pan Shot'. Paan shot is a great dish that energizes the body. To make paan shot, some betel leaves, coconut, sweet potato, cardamom, fennel, ice cubes, and ice cream are required.

How to make a pan shot
First of all, take a mixer jar and put betel leaves in it. After this, add dry coconut, sweet potato, cardamom, fennel, ice cubes, and ice cream to it. Mix all the ingredients and grind them well in a jar. After this keep it in the fridge for an hour. Later take it out of the freeze and garnish it with chopped dry fruits and drink it. This can prove to be a great drink for the summer season.
