Ingredients required to make tamarind-onion chutney
Onion ½ cup
Ginger 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Black salt as per taste
Green chili 2
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Roasted cumin 2 tsp
Sugar 2 teaspoons
Boiled potatoes ½ cup
Tamarind

How to make tamarind-onion chutney?
To make tamarind-onion chutney, first of all, take a bowl.
Then put 2 cups of tamarind in it and keep it soaked in water.
After this, put 3-4 potatoes in the cooker to boil.
Then wash the onions and green chilies and chop them finely.
After this, peel the ginger and grate it.
Then with the help of a sieve, separate the tamarind water by filtering it.
After this, add chopped onion and ginger to tamarind water.
Along with this, add 1 teaspoon of red chili powder and 1 teaspoon of red chili powder, and 2 teaspoons of sugar in it.
Then you add 2 teaspoons of roasted cumin, salt, and black salt as per taste and 2 teaspoons of sugar.
After this, in the end, mash 1/2 cup of boiled potatoes and put them in it.
