Protein-Rich Rajma Tikki: You must have eaten Rajma as a vegetable many times, but have you ever tried its Tikki? If your answer is no, then today we are going to know how to make it. Apart from protein, fiber is present in it, which relieves problems related to digestion.

Recipe
To make delicious Rajma Tikki, first, soak Rajma the night before so that it melts easily. Cook the soaked Rajma in a cooker on a medium flame for at least 20 minutes.

- Keep one thing in mind you have to melt the kidney beans so much that they can be easily mashed with your hands. Remove the water from the boiled kidney beans and now just grind the kidney beans in a mixer without water. You have to grind it a little coarsely.

To make the boiled kidney beans a little spicy, now let's temper it. Now take some oil in a pan for tempering or you can also bake this tikki in ghee.

Then add finely chopped ginger to it, along with it add three to four cloves of garlic and green chilies according to the amount of pungent you eat.

Now add some dry spices i.e. half a teaspoon of cumin powder, half a teaspoon of turmeric, half a teaspoon of red chili and half a teaspoon of chaat masala to enhance the taste. Along with this, we will add one tablespoon of gram flour because gram flour will give good binding to these tikkis. Now add some salt to it and add Rajma as well.

- One thing must be kept in mind that if there is moisture in your paste, then roast it on a low flame until the moisture is gone from it and if there is no moisture in your paste, then you turn off the gas. Do it Now add two boiled potatoes to it. This will help in the binding of the tikki.

Along with this, you can add green coriander and mint as well as lemon juice or dried mango powder instead of lemon. Now mix it well and then do its binding well.

For binding, first, rub some oil on the palm. Then do the binding of tikkis properly. Now shallow fry these tikkis on medium to high flame or if you want to make a little more healthy then air fry them.
