Poha is one such recipe that meets both criteria. This salty dish is very popular in our country. It is absolutely light from a digestion point of view. Ingredients
2 cups poha
2 teaspoons oil/ghee
1 pinch asafoetida
1 tsp mustard
1 finely chopped onion
half teaspoon red chilli powder
half teaspoon turmeric
salt as per taste
2 teaspoons finely chopped green chillies
juice of half a lemon
4 teaspoons finely chopped coriander

Recipe
- First of all clean the poha. Poha can also be washed with water.

- Do not keep it in water for too long. Now add oil or ghee to a pan or kadai.

- Add asafoetida and mustard seeds in hot oil. If you have curry leaves at home then you can also add them.

- After this add finely chopped onion into it. Fry the onion until it becomes light golden.

- Now add turmeric powder to it. Add salt and poha. Mix it well and fry.

Now reduce the flame of the gas and add finely chopped green chilies into it.

- Add lemon juice and finely chopped coriander to it. If you want, you can also add finely chopped tomatoes, salt, and chaat masala to it.

- Fried green chilies and raw finely chopped onion can also be added in oil. You can also add vegetables of your choice.

You can also serve chutney or curry-based vegetables along with it. Roasted peanuts can also be added to it.
