Material :
-400 grams curd

-2 cups water

-10-15 curry leaves

- finely chopped ginger

-salt to taste

-1 small green chili chopped

Method :
1. First, in a large bowl, beat the curd with a blender till it becomes smooth and creamy.

2. Add water, curry leaves, chopped ginger, salt, and green chilies to the curd mixture. Blend well.

3. Once done, pour into a glass and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.

4. Serve cold after an hour!

5. Tip: If you don't like the taste of curry leaves and ginger coming into your mouth while drinking, you can also strain the Tambaram.
