Ingredients for making paneer salad
Paneer cubes – 2 cups
Tomato - 1
Cabbage - 1 cup
Mushroom - 1/2 cup
Broccoli - 1 cup
Capsicum – 1/2
Cucumber - 1
Carrot - 1
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Butter – 2 tsp
Red chili powder - 1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
Green coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
salt - as per taste
Paneer Salad Recipe
To make protein-rich paneer salad, first, take paneer and cut it into small square pieces. After keeping them separately in a bowl, also cut cabbage, carrot, capsicum, tomato, and mushroom into pieces. Now put 1 spoon of butter in a pan and keep it on medium flame to heat. When the butter melts, add paneer pieces and fry them. After frying for about 1 minute, add black salt, plain salt, and red chili powder to it. Cook until the color of the paneer becomes golden, then take them out in a bowl.
Now put 1 spoon of butter in the pan and heat it. Put all the chopped vegetables in it and cook on a medium flame for at least two minutes while stirring. After this, take out the vegetables in a bowl as well. Similarly, saute the mushrooms for 2 minutes and take them out in a bowl.
Now take a big mixing bowl and put fried paneer in it. After this add fried vegetables (capsicum, broccoli, carrot, mushroom) to the bowl and mix well. After this add cabbage, and tomato and mix them. Then add coriander leaves and mix. After this add black salt, black pepper powder, chaat masala, and lemon juice to the paneer salad and mix.
