How to make Dry Fruits Ladoo
It is very easy to prepare laddoos from dry fruits. For this, first, take good-quality dates and remove their seeds and separate them. After this, put the dates in the mixer blender and blend it well for 4-5 minutes and grind it coarsely. After this, take out the date powder in a bowl and keep it aside. Now take cashews, pistachios and almonds and cut them into small pieces. Keep in mind that they are not to be powdered, but finely chopped.
After this, put desi ghee in a pan and keep it on medium flame to heat. When the ghee becomes hot and melts, add all the dry fruits (cashews, pistachios, almonds, raisins) to it and fry for some time. After roasting for 3-4 minutes, when the color of the dry fruits starts changing, add the pre-prepared dates powder and mix well with the help of a ladle.
Roast the whole mixture well while stirring it on medium flame. After this add cardamom powder to the mixture and mix it well. Fry it until the dates start leaving oil. After this, turn off the gas and let the mixture cool down. When slightly warm, take little by little the prepared mixture in your hands and tie the laddus and keep it separately in a plate. After some time, when the laddoos are set, serve them. You can also store them in an airtight container.
