This research has been published in the journal Stroke and Vascular Neurology. It has been claimed that regular cycling reduces the risk of brain hemorrhage in people. This research has been done by the University of Gothenburg. Which states that regular physical activity reduces the risk of a brain hemorrhage.

Researchers have analyzed the data of 686 people for this research. After analysis, the researchers said that every person should do light physical activity for at least 4 hours a day. Which includes walking, cycling, swimming, gardening or dancing, etc.
