Getting lethargic… Have a cup of coffee…
Having said this, we take tea-coffee breaks several times a day. Be it office or home, we often
find excuses to drink tea and coffee. Sometimes to overcome lethargy, sometimes to drive away
fatigue and sometimes to boost energy levels, tea coffee has become a part of our daily routine.
Let us tell you that this has many disadvantages. Our hormonal balance deteriorates due to tea
and coffee. Whenever we drink tea or coffee, due to the caffeine present in it, a hormone called
cortisol is released from our body, which increases acidity. The progesterone hormone decreases
and the estrogen hormone increases. Due to this, there is an accumulation of fat around the lower
part of the hips and waist and the weight starts increasing. Along with this, problems related to
periods, and mood swings, there are also fertility issues. This hormone is also responsible for the
problem of PCOD. That is, tea and coffee have a bad effect on our health. So now to increase
your energy level, drink this healthy drink instead of tea and coffee.
