1 broccoli
1/2 cup cheese
2-3 tbsp fresh cream/malai
1/2 cup curd
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1/2 tsp green chili paste
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2-3 tbsp oil
Salt to taste

How to make Malai Broccoli?
To make Malai Broccoli, first of all, take broccoli.
Then wash it and cut it into big pieces.
After this, soak the pieces of broccoli in hot water for some time.
Then immediately put it in cold water.
After this, take a deep bottom vessel.
Then add curd and cheese to it and mix well.
After this, add fresh cream to it and mix well.
Then add black pepper powder, green chili paste, and lemon juice to it.
