Essential ingredients for making chutney from radish peels-

Radish 1 cup grated

Radish skins 1 cup finely chopped

Onion 1 small

White urad dal 2 teaspoon

Chana dal 1 teaspoon

Red chili 4 dry

Turmeric powder 1 pinch

Asafoetida 1 pinch

Tamarind 1 teaspoon

Salt to taste

Oil 1 teaspoon for tempering

Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp

Curry leaves 10

Oil 1 tsp

How to make chutney from radish peels?

To make chutney from radish peels, first of all, wash and peel the radish.

Then grate the radish and chop the peel finely.

After this, peel the onion too, chop it finely, and keep it aside.

Then put some oil in a pan and heat it.

After this, add urad dal, chana dal, asafoetida, and dry red chilies.

Then fry it on medium flame till it becomes golden.

After this, put the roasted lentils in a utensil and leave it to cool.

Then put grated radish, peels, and onions in the pan.

After this, add salt and turmeric to it and fry it well.

Then when the onion and radish become soft after getting cooked, you turn off the gas.

After this, take it out on a plate and let it cool completely.

Then put some oil in a pan and heat it.

After this, put mustard seeds and curry leaves in it and let it crackle, then turn off the gas.

Then put the roasted spices, fried vegetables, tamarind, and salt in the mixer/blender.

After this, grind all these things together and make a coarse paste.

Then you put the prepared tempering in this paste.

Now your spicy radish peel chutney is ready.
