Consuming sattu in the summer season is very good for your body. Along with cooling you down, it also gives energy to the body. Although people like to drink it after making it a drink, in many places they make Sattu Paratha and eat it for breakfast. If you eat it for breakfast, it improves digestion. Along with this, it also removes many problems related to the stomach. So let's know the recipe to make it.
Material
Sattu - 2 cups
Wheat flour - 3 cups
Ajwain - 1/2 tsp
Garlic - 5 cloves
Onion - 2 finely chopped
Ginger - 1 tsp finely chopped
Dry mango - 1 tbsp
Green chili - 2 to 3 finely chopped
lemon - one
Coriander leaves - 2 to 3 tbsp chopped
salt - as per taste
Ghee - two spoons
Mustard oil - half bowl
Recipe
Mix ghee, salt, and water in wheat flour and knead the dough.
2 Then take a bowl to prepare the Sattu Masala.
3 Mix all the ingredients including sattu in it.
Knead the dough once again before making 4 parathas.
5 Add sattu masala to it like potato paranthas and roll it lightly.
6 When it is done, fry it on a hot griddle till it becomes golden.
Serve it hot with pickle and curd.
