Makhana 1 cup
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Ghee 1 cup
Pinch of turmeric powder
Coriander powder half tsp
Green coriander 1 cup
Green chili 4 (chopped)
Water 2 cups

How to make Makhana Paratha?
To make Makhana Paratha, first of all, heat ghee in a pan.
Then add Makhane to it and fry it for about 5 minutes till it becomes crisp.
After this, put the roasted Makhanas in a mixer jar.
Then grind them and make a fine powder.
After this, put all the ingredients together in a bowl and knead the dough.
Then add water as required and knead a smooth dough.
