Now you will focus all your attention on the breaths coming and going in your body. After this, while taking a long deep breath and exhaling, join both the hands together and chant the mantra. Correct way to do pranayam

Pranayama practice is on top to maintain body fitness. Before starting this exercise, close your eyes and take a long deep breath. Now fill air in your stomach, wait for some time and then release the air. Similarly, you have to practice inhaling and exhaling your breath.
