2. Multigrain flour roti or bread:

If you are eating wheat flour roti or white bread in the morning, then change this habit immediately because multigrain flour products are better than this. Multigrain bread or its roti is considered very healthy which is effective in weight loss and if you eat it regularly then your fitness will remain intact.

3. Porridge

Porridge has always been considered a healthy food, it makes it easy to control weight. You can drink porridge by mixing it with vegetables or milk. It is considered a rich source of fiber, minerals and carbohydrates, since it is easily digested, hence it does not increase weight.
