Jaggery 1 cup
Water Half cup
Fennel seeds 1 teaspoon
Baking soda 1 teaspoon
How to make crispy jaggery pare?
To make crispy jaggery pare, first of all, take a bowl.
Then you filter semolina and rice flour in it.
If you want, you can also use maize flour in it.
After this, add a pinch of salt to it and mix.
Then add water as required and knead a hard dough.
After this, you spread the flour on the chopping board.
Then cut it into 1-1 inch pieces with the help of a knife.
