By Santosh Jangid- “Water is life” you must have heard this saying many times, this is not just a saying but true, water is very important to maintain a healthy body, it plays an important role in keeping us hydrated, aiding digestion, regulating body temperature and supporting cellular function. If there is a lack of water in your body, dehydration can occur, due to which health problems can arise, let's know about them-
Headache and fatigue
Frequent headaches and excessive feeling of fatigue can be a sign of dehydration. When the body lacks enough water, oxygen struggles to reach various parts, causing fatigue and discomfort.
Dark urine
One of the most direct signs of dehydration is the color of your urine. If it appears dark yellow or is formed in small quantities, it is a clear sign that you need to increase your water intake.
Dry and rough skin
If your skin feels dry, rough or dull, it may be in need of hydration. Drinking enough water keeps skin looking healthy and glowing.
Muscle cramps
Experiencing muscle cramps or pain may be linked to a lack of water. Dehydration can upset the balance of electrolytes in your muscles.
Increased appetite
A persistent feeling of hunger can actually be a sign that your body needs water. So the next time you have the urge to eat something, try drinking a glass of water first to see if that satisfies your needs.
