These neck exercises will give relief cervical pain
1. Neck Stretch
First of all, sit by straightening your body.
Now move your chin forward.
Do this until you feel a stretch in your neck.
Stay in this position for 5 seconds and then take your head to normal position.
After this, while moving the head backward, raise the chin and stay for 5 seconds.
Do this 5 times.
2. Neck Tilt
Sit with a straight waist and bring the chin down.
Try to touch the chest with your chin.
Stay in this position for 5 seconds and then come back to the normal position.
Do this at least 5 times.
3. Side Neck Tilt
Sit straight and tilt your neck to one side.
When your ear starts touching the shoulder, stop.
After staying in this position for about 5 seconds, come back to the normal position.
Now by taking the head in a normal position, bend the neck towards the other shoulder and stay in that position for 5 seconds.
Do this 5 times.
4. Neck Turn
Sit with your back straight and turn your neck to one side.
Rotate the neck as much as possible and stay in this position for about 5 seconds.
Now bring the neck to a normal position and then rotate it to the other side.
Do this 5 times.
