Cauliflower consumption can prove to be harmful to those who are facing thyroid problems because it increases the secretion of T-3 and T-4 hormones, which is very important for these patients. Not too good.

3. Blood will be thick

Cauliflower is considered a rich source of potassium, so for people who consume more of it, their blood starts getting thicker gradually. Many people who have had a heart attack take medicines to thin the blood, in which case cauliflower can be dangerous for them.
