To make Sabudana Kheer you will need-
1 cup Sabudana
1-liter milk
1 bowl sugar
1 spoon ghee
This is how to make perfect sago kheer-
To make sago kheer, first of all, take out sago in a bowl and wash it cleanly with water 3 to 4 times. Now after washing the sago, soak it in water for half an hour and keep it aside. In half an hour, sago will be ready to make Kheer. Now heat the milk on the gas. After this remove the water from the sago. After this, put a pan on the gas and grease the sago well with one spoonful of ghee. So that the sago does not stick. After this, add boiled and hot milk to the sago. Then add sugar according to taste and keep it cool. Your perfect Sabudana Kheer is ready.
