Researchers, after studying more than 1 lakh people, have claimed that the habit of eating food late at night can prove fatal for people. This research has been published in Nature Communications. The eating time of the people involved in this study was monitored and their risk of cardiovascular disease was also monitored. This study was done for 7 years and after this, the results have now come out. In this, the best and worst time for dinner has been revealed.
Such people are more at risk of stroke
Researchers who conducted the research say that the study revealed that people who had dinner after 9 pm had 28 percent more risk of heart attack and stroke than those who had dinner before 8 pm. It was more. Not only this, the risk of stroke and ischemic attack increases with every hour for people who have dinner after 8 pm. Having dinner late at night starts disrupting the blood supply to the brain. Due to this the risk of cardiovascular disease increases.

Researchers also found in the study that women were more affected than men by eating late. According to health experts, eating food late at night can spoil the digestion system and increase the risk of obesity. In such a situation, food should be eaten before 8 pm.
