Health also starts responding at that stage of life, but if you follow the suggestions given by Dr. Kiran Bedi, the country's first woman police officer, then at the age of 74, you will feel refreshed like a 16-year-old teenager. However, their suggestions have to be implemented. She tells that she never tasted spicy things like samosa, puri, kachori, and pakoda. Special advice was given to the people of age thirty and who have seen the spring.
Do away with samosas, pani puri
Kiran Bedi said that everyone should make yoga and meditation an important part of their life to remain healthy. Along with this, you should avoid eating unnecessary things, for which you will have to repent later. He has avoided fried dishes till now in his life. If someone pressures her for pani puri, she would prefer to have a kanji drink. He said that things that are pleasing to the tongue do more harm, so we have to be disciplined about food and drink.
Special focus on yoga and meditation
Sharing her routine, she said that she is always concerned about her jogging. He especially likes to walk. Fitness is his routine. If she is never able to jog, then she refrains from eating for one time. They don't feel hungry. If you want to enjoy food, then you have to walk. This is the reason why she does not cheat herself. You can assume that there is a direct relationship between hunger and walking. Walking in the evening and yoga and meditation in the morning are the best exercises. Through meditation, a person gets more information about what is happening around them. You become overly sensitive to what is happening to you. It helps you to consciously strive towards betterment and to think about the present, even as your mind wanders to the past and future. My mind also goes into the past and future. But I have the awareness to bring it back.
