It has been proved in many studies that water should not be drunk till 30 minutes after eating food. In an interview, MasterChef India judge and popular chef Ranveer Brar talked about the schedule of drinking water according to Ayurveda. Ranveer said that it is written in Ayurveda that water before meals is nectar, water with meals is bliss, water immediately after meals is poison, and water after one hour of meals is force. He further said that water should not be drunk immediately after eating food. Due to this, your food does not get digested properly and has a bad effect on the digestive system. Due to this, you may also have a gas problem.
