Benefits of drinking green tea
1. Prevention of cancer
Cancer is a very serious disease, and to avoid it you must drink green tea. The polyphenols present in it help prevent tumors and cancer cells. Especially breast and prostate cancer is prevented.
2. Cholesterol will be reduced
Drinking green tea regularly reduces the amount of bad cholesterol in the blood, which reduces blockage in blood vessels and prevents the risk of heart disease.
3. Prevention of skin infection
When our skin gets damaged and then cells have to be replenished, then drinking green tea is considered beneficial, in which a lot of protection against skin infection is found, which helps in reducing inflammation. The skin becomes toned and pimples are reduced.
Antioxidants present in green tea, are effective in weight loss and increase metabolism. By drinking this, body fat starts reducing gradually. It is better to drink it before exercise, then it will be beneficial.
5. When should green tea be drunk?
Drinking green tea about an hour before eating is considered beneficial, as it contains tannin, do not consume it immediately after eating because there may be complaints of nausea, constipation, and stomach pain. Try never to drink it on an empty stomach and eat something with it. If you drink more than 3 cups in a day, then there is bound to be a loss. Dehydration is possible by drinking it before sleeping.
