3. To lose weight, leave 25 grams of celery to soak in a glass of water for the whole night. And eat empty stomach the next morning.
4. If you drink Ajwain water like this for a month, you will be able to recognize the difference in your body.
5. If you forget to soak ajwain in water at night, then in the morning, mix one spoon of ajwain in a glass of water and boil it in a pot. Now add 5-6 basil leaves in it and keep boiling. In the end, turn off the gas and drink it after being lukewarm.
