1 leftover roti
1 tsp oil
1-2 cloves garlic
1 medium size onion
1 carrot
1 small capsicum
1 cup cabbage
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp red chili sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/ 2 teaspoon red chili powder
A little lemon juice
A coriander leaves for garnish
How to make roti noodles?
To make roti noodles, first of all, take the leftover roti from one night.
Then cut it into thin and long pieces with the help of a knife or scissors.
After this, you take onion, garlic, and all other vegetables like carrot, capsicum, and cabbage.
Then wash them too and chop them finely.
After this, put some oil in a pan and heat it.
Then add garlic and onion to it and fry it well.
