Ingredients required to make ragi pudding-

1/2 cup ragi flour

2 cups milk

1 tbsp dry fruits

1/2 tsp cardamom powder

3 tbsp desi ghee

sugar or jaggery as per taste

How to make ragi pudding?

To make ragi pudding, first of all, put 3 spoons of desi ghee in a pan.

Then put ragi flour in it and bake it while stirring on low flame.

After this, fry it for about 5 minutes till it becomes golden.

Then add milk to the flour and cook it for about 2-3 minutes while stirring continuously.

After this, add 1 tsp desi ghee, cardamom powder, and sugar as per taste and mix.

Then you cook the halwa stirring continuously till it leaves the pan.

After this, add finely chopped dry fruits to it and mix it well.

Then you cook it for about a minute and turn off the gas.
