Ingredients required to make Paneer Rosti-

Semolina 1 cup

Eno 1 teaspoon

Cumin 1 teaspoon

Green chili 1 teaspoon finely chopped

Paneer 1 cup

Salt 1 teaspoon Curd

½ cup

Water ½ cup

Mustard seeds ½ teaspoon Onion

½ cup Finely chopped

chili flakes 1 teaspoon

Peas ¼ cup

Corn ¼ cup

Capsicum Chilli ¼ cup

Carrot ¼ cup

Green coriander

A little oil

Salt as per taste

How to make paneer rosti?

To make Paneer Rosti, you first put semolina in a bowl.

Then add water to it and mix it well.

After this, keep it covered for about 10-15 minutes.

Then put ghee in a pan and heat it.

After that add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and green chilies and fry them.

Then add corn, capsicum, carrot, and peas to it and fry for a while.

After this, add paneer, chili flakes, and salt to it and mix.

Then put the mixture of all these vegetables in the semolina and make a batter.

After this, you put Eno in it and pour 1 teaspoon of water on top.

Then you mix this solution well and keep it separately.

After this, grease the nonstick pan well with oil.

Then you spread the semolina solution on a hot pan.

After this, cook it well from both sides on low flame.

Now your tasty and healthy paneer rosti is ready.

Then serve it hot with spicy or favorite chutney.
