Ingredients required to make Mango Thandai-

Mango pulp or flavor 1 cup

Almonds 2-3

Fennel seeds 2 tbsp

Ice cube 1 cup

Rose petals 1 tbsp

Poppy seed 2 tbsp

Black pepper to taste

Milk 1 liter

Sugar as required

How to make Mango Thandai?

To make Mango Thandai, first take almonds, poppy seeds, and rose petals.

Then soak all these things for about 50 minutes and keep them aside.

After this, put all these things in a blender and grind them to make a fine paste.

Then pour milk into a pan and boil it on low flame till it reduces to half.

After this, add sugar and black pepper to it and cook for a while.

Then you put the prepared paste in it and mix it well, turn off the gas, and cool it.

After this, add mango pulp or flavor to it and blend it once more.

Then keep it in the fridge to cool down.

Now your Mango Thandai is ready.

Then put ice in a glass and serve with Mango Thandai on top.
