Stale roti 1 to 2

Black salt 1 tsp

Oil 5 tsp (for frying roti)

How to make Roti Chips?

To make roti chips, first of all, wet the remaining roti.

Then put 1 to 2 teaspoons of oil in a nonstick pan and heat it.

After this, put the roti in this hot oil and fry it from both sides till it becomes crispy.

Keep in mind that the roti should be as crispy as the papad.
