Ingredients needed to make carrot paratha-

1 cup carrots

2 cups flour

2 green chilies finely chopped

1 tsp red chili powder

Half tsp cumin powder

1 teaspoon ginger

finely chopped coriander leaves

1/4 tsp kalonji or mangrail

1/4 tsp ajwain

salt to taste

Oil or ghee for roasting the paratha

How to make carrot paratha?

To make carrot paratha, first, peel and wash the carrots.

Then you grate them and put them in a bowl.

After this, add wheat flour, green chilies, cumin powder, and red chili powder to it.

Along with this, add chopped ginger, coriander leaves, salt, celery, and mangrel and mix it.

If you want, you can also add some ghee or oil to it.

Then add cold or lukewarm water as required and knead the normal dough.

After this, make balls of this flour and roll the paratha.
