Ingredients required to make tea thandai-
White pepper 7 ground
Tea bags 1
Almond 1/4 cup coarsely ground poppy
Seeds 2 Tbsp
Fennel 1 tsp coarsely ground
Cardamom 1/2 tsp powdered
Sugar 1 Tbsp
Pinch of saffron
How to make Chai Thandai?
To make Chai Thandai, you first heat water in a pan.
Then you put a tea bag or loose tea leaves in it and heat it.
After this, add almonds, poppy seeds, fennel, sugar, and cardamom to it.
Then mix it well and cook for a few minutes.
After this add black pepper as per taste and mix.
Then you turn off the gas and leave it to cool down for a while.
After this, cool it by keeping it in the fridge for about 30-40 minutes.
Then you put ice in a glass first and then filter the tea and pour it.
Now your tea thandai is ready.
Then garnish it with saffron and serve it cold.
