Brown rice laddus are made by adding black pepper, cloves, dried ginger, and jaggery, which destroys the cold present in your body, so let's know the method of making brown rice laddus-

Ingredients required to make Brown Rice Ladoo-

Brown rice 1/2 cup (parboiled)

black pepper 3 tsp

Clove 1/2 tsp

dry ginger 2 tsp

Jaggery 50 grams

How to make Brown Rice Ladoo?

To make Brown Rice Ladoo, first of all, take parboiled rice in a bowl.

Then you wash them thoroughly with water about 3-4 times.

After this, keep them in a cloth for about 45-60 minutes.

Then put brown rice in a pan and dry roast it and take it out on a plate.

After this, put black pepper, cloves, and dry ginger in the same pan.

Then roast all these on low flame and cool them.

After this, put the roast rice and spices in a mixer and grind them into fine powder.

Then in a pan add 1 cup of water and pieces of jaggery and melt it well.

After this, add rice and ground powder to it and mix it well.

Then cook it on low flame for about 2-3 minutes and take it out in a bowl.

After this, grease your hands well with ghee.

Then make the prepared mixture into small or medium-sized balls little by little.

Now your nutritious brown rice laddoos are ready.
