Sweetness melts in the mouth on hearing the name of Rabri. In such a situation, if this rabri recipe is given a fruity twist by adding mango flavor to it, then it will be icing on the cake. It is easy to make and full of flavor too. Learn recipe-

Material :
1-liter full cream

2 tbsp sugar

1 cup mango puree

1/2 tsp cardamom powder

5-6 saffron threads

6-7 pistachios (chopped)

4-5 almonds (chopped)

Method :
1. Boil the milk till it thickens. It should reduce until it becomes half in volume. This should take about an hour.

2. Add sugar to the condensed milk and stir till the sugar dissolves. Add chopped dry fruits like pistachios and almonds.

3. Add cardamom powder and saffron, switch off the flame, and let it cool. For this mix in mango puree.

4. Pour this mixture into a bowl and keep it in the fridge for some time. Once it reaches the desired texture, aam rabdi is ready.
