Ingredients required to make Badam Thandai-
Milk 1 liter
Fennel 1 spoon
Poppy seed 1 spoon
Almond 12
Cardamom 3
Sugar 2 spoon
How to make Badam Thandai?
To make Badam Thandai, first of all, boil some milk in a pan.
Then add sugar to it and cook for about 5 minutes.
After this, peel the soaked almonds for 2-3 hours and grind them smoothly in a mixie.
Then add the almond paste to the milk and mix it well.
After this, you keep it in the fridge for a while to cool down.
