Amla 7 to 8
Mustard oil 1/4 cup
Rai 1 tsp
A pinch of asafoetida
Kashmiri red chili powder 2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Rai 2 tsp
Fenugreek 1 tsp
Saunf 1 tsp
How to make instant gooseberry pickles?
To make an instant gooseberry pickle, first, wash the gooseberries thoroughly.
Then you steam them for about 10 minutes.
After this, leave these gooseberries to cool down for a while.
