About the study...

This study has been published in BMJ Nutrition on March 12. This study has been done on 120 people of Lebanon who were suffering from obesity or overweight. Their age group is 12 to 25 years and about two-thirds of them are women. The special thing is that the people on whom this research was done were not involved in any physical activity. During this research, everyone took a normal diet.

People were divided into three groups

This research continued for 12 weeks. During this research, every person was given a cup of water mixed with apple cider vinegar on an empty stomach. The special thing is that they did not know what was being given in the water. A pattern of giving it was made, in which the total people were divided into three groups, out of which Group 1 was given 5 ML every day, Group 2 was given 10ML and Group 3 was given 15 ML every day.

The result was surprising

When the weight after 12 weeks was noted, it was found that there was a difference of about 5 kg between the people of Group 1 and 7 kg between the people of Group 2 and 3. This research is a great example of how apple cider vinegar can be your best ally in your weight loss journey.

On the basis of this research, it would not be wrong to say that you can also include apple cider vinegar in your daily diet to lose weight. Apple cider vinegar is very acidic. Always consume it after diluting it in water or other liquids. You can drink one spoon of apple cider vinegar mixed in a glass of water. Apple cider vinegar can be harmful for teeth. After drinking it, rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. You can also use straws to save teeth.
