Method of consumption- For heart health, you can eat ½/1 raw garlic (freshly crushed) on an empty stomach or before meals once a day for 8-12 weeks.

Pomegranate

According to Ayurveda, pomegranate is one of the best fruits for heart health. By consuming it, the increased level of triglycerides and LDL reduces significantly while the level of HDL increases significantly. In such a situation, its consumption proves to be very beneficial in eliminating heart related diseases.

Method of consumption- You can consume 1 pomegranate daily as a snack or 2-3 times a week.

Arjuna bark tea

Method of consumption- Take 100 ml water and 100 ml milk, add 5 grams of Arjuna bark powder in it and boil till it reduces to half. Filter it and drink it at bedtime or 1 hour before meals in the morning/evening.
